The Harvey Weinstein allegations have been all the talk recently and it has actually resurfaced charges that were made against President Trump and they are seeing some new developments. A former contestant on Trump’s The Apprentice, Summer Zervos, issued Trump a subpoena for “all documents concerning any woman who asserted that Donald J. Trump touched her inappropriately.”
Exactly a year ago, Zervos accused Donald Trump of sexually harassing her when he tried to kiss and grope her at the Beverly Hills Hotel in 2007, without her consent.
This was released after Trump’s Access Hollywood leak in 2005 where he admitted to sexually assaulting women because “when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab them by the p****.” He also said that he would frequently grabs and kisses women without their consent.
Trump had released a tweet around this time denying Zervos’ allegations along with 11 other women who were alleging him of sexual misconduct.
Nothing ever happened with any of these women. Totally made up nonsense to steal the election. Nobody has more respect for women than me!

Zervos filed a lawsuit against Trump after he said her allegations were “lies, lies, lies.” No hearing is scheduling as of yet, because Trumps lawyer filed for dismissal in July and said that presidents are unable to deal with civil lawsuits when they are in office. Gloria Allred, Zervos’ attorney said:
The subpoena was served, but we agreed with the campaign to adjourn their response date until after the motion to dismiss is decided, as long as they gave us assurances that the documents be preserved.”
Trump has until October 31st to respond to the motion to dismiss, according to Allred. There will be a court hearing following his reply.
