Hillary Clinton Just Reminded Each and Every American Why She Should Be President and Not Donald Trump

While Donald Trump refuses to say the words “white supremacist,” Hillary Clinton has no problem telling it like it is. The incident in Charlottesville, VA that claimed at least one person’s life was a blatant act of terror committed by a white nationalist.

Donald Trump claimed that all sides are guilty. Hillary Clinton doesn’t agree. She sent a multi-tweet to address the issue.

Clinton tweeted:

“My heart is in Charlottesville today, and with everyone made to feel unsafe in their country. But the incitement of hatred that got us here is as real and condemnable as the white supremacists in our streets. Every minute we allow this to persist through tacit encouragement or inaction is a disgrace, & corrosive to our values. Now is the time for leaders to be strong in their words & deliberate in their actions. We will not step backward. If this is not who we are as Americans, let’s prove it.”

Former VP Joe Biden joined Clinton to condemn the actions of the white terrorist in Charlottesville. He tweeted:

“No. Not in America. We must be stronger, more determined and more united than ever. Racism and hate have no place here. #charlottesville”

Donald Trump stated, “It’s been going on for a long time in our country. Not Donald Trump, not Barack Obama. This has been going on for a long, long time.”
