When Donald Trump Jr. revealed his e-mails revealing that he tried to obtain compromising details on Hillary Clinton, he threw several people under the bus—but maybe nobody more than his brother-in-law, Jared Kushner.
Because Kushner needs security clearance to work in the White House, he was supposed to disclose the names of any foreign parties he had dealings with. The Defense Security Service reiterates in every counterintelligence briefing that they must be reported. So, how many foreign nationals did Jared “forget” to initially include?
More than 100.
Now it seems that the meeting with Kremlin-connected lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya first made its way to the media when Kushner’s lawyers updated his disclosure forms—but like Trump Jr. and Sr., Kushner said that “nothing came of the June meeting” and “it would not cause a problem for the administration.”
And while Trump claims that he knew nothing about it, right before the meeting, he gave a speech where he promised to reveal scandalous information about Clinton.
One meeting that Kushner failed to report, that he claimed was of no importance, turned out to be him meeting with a Russian who promised to give them dirt on a political opponent. So, what were the other 99+ meeting about? And how many were Trump “completely unaware” of?
