Isn’t it great watching Trump crumble before your very eyes? After Trump fired James Comey, he told Russian officials that firing Comey took a lot of the heat off him. The move may have temporarily turned down the heat, but it ultimately led to the searing heat on Donald now that Robert Mueller is investigating him.
During the first few months of Trump’s presidency, the Russia investigation was mostly focused on meddling in the 2016 election. Now, the spotlight is directly on Trump, and he’s facing a potential obstruction of justice charge.
Special Counsel Mueller has officially issued subpoenas of Donald Trump’s personal bank accounts and phone records. Failure to comply with the court order can result in jail time for Donald Trump.
Donald Trump broke a long presidential tradition by refusing to make his tax returns public. He claimed he was under IRS audit, however, the IRS gave him the green light to release his returns.
Since then, he’s done his best to make people forget about his tax returns. It’s hard for the public to keep up with the number of scandals engulfing the Trump administration.

Trump had considered firing Robert Mueller but thought better of it. Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein commented on the news when it broke:
“As long as I’m in this position, he’s not going to be fired without good cause. I’m not going to follow any orders unless I believe those are lawful and appropriate orders.”
Do you think Mueller will be the guy who brings the Trump administration to its knees?
